Termination
Note to Team: To terminate people from the team, based on character, attitude or performance. Unless there is some extreme situation (theft, criminal behavior, etc), we will follow this process if someone must be to terminated or leaves the company.
Probationary Meeting
Review employment contract and performance records. Confirm that the team member is not performing according to their contract or has another issue that must be addressed.
Notify the leadership. Notify the leadership in an email explaining the reason for initiation the termination process.
Schedule the meeting. Schedule the meeting with the team member in order to explicitly address the issue. The meeting should last no more than 15 minutes and should take place somewhere private and secure.
Address the issue. Sit down with the team member and explicitly address the issue (performance, attitude, etc). Keep it objective, kind and brief. Say something like “Our team needs you to meet these performance standards and at this point, you’re just not meeting those standards. Is there anything going on that is keeping you from performing to these standards? We are going to have to put you on a probationary period for X amount of days/weeks. If we’re not able to get you performing to these standards by this deadline, we’re going to have to let you go.”
Schedule any follow-ups. Schedule any daily/weekly follow ups with the person.

Review the performance records.
Call the candidate and ask: What are you really good at? What are you not good at or don’t like doing
Send them the Interview Email

Create or modify the page. Log into Squarespace > Page > Settings > Make the page/navigation title (Name - Rio Eigen) and URL slug (rio-eigen-name).
Create the system. Copy, paste and format the Title, Note to Team, Process and Steps and any files onto the page. Make sure it’s compatible in both desktop and mobile view.
Link to the General Page. Create a button under the correct team and link it to the system page.
Post in the General Channel in Teams. Post it in the group and tag every team member involved with the system.
