Welcome Email (Annotation Team Lead)

  1. Email notification received.

  2. Send out the welcome email.

Client Intake Meeting (Annotation Team Lead)

  1. Log into the meeting.

  2. Greet the client and go over the agenda.

  3. Discuss the Scope of the Project. What is the application?

  4. Request their Training/Production Data Set (API Key/File)

  5. Discuss the Average Handling Time.

  6. Discuss the QA Process/Metrics.

  7. Discuss the Feedback Loop. What is your desired Feedback Channel? What is the cadence you would you like feedback?

  8. Ask about their Completion Date. What is your desired completion date?

  9. Questions or Next Steps
